What’s your favorite number?
This came to me after a slumber.
I’ll tell you mine.
It’s fifteen.
It suits me just fine.
Is your’s ten or twenty-five?
I’ve told the Wandering Prince good-bye.
Good Wednesday, Good Friday,
Oh my.
Your birthday and my favorite number is fifteen.
Ask me why?
Well, it is what it is,
It’s been a round and divisible by five.
I like ten and why not twenty-five.
You like me for me.
I met you after a fifteen.
You say your favorite number is three,
Trinity, like the family tree made stronger.
You’ve made arrangements to be on the outside no longer.
Where else would you be in an equilateral,
Like a triangle or isosceles.
Prime time kinda like a Gemini.
But with different sides and three goes into mine
Five times evenly, but we’re still so very odd.
Three times five, fifteen, or twenty-five,
Minus ten, who cares about sin, sine, or cosine.
You’re all-right.
I’ve got your number and you’ve got mine.
On this fifteenth day of the third month of our lives.
Year oh nine.
